Kristine Meyer - Owner and Managing Broker
Kristy Meyer moved from Georgia to Winter Park, Colorado 22 years ago. She fell in love with the mountains during a summer visit to Winter Park. Before Kristy moved to the mountains, she attended the University of Georgia and received her BBA degree with a major in Business Management. After college, she began working in the corporate world but felt compelled to move to the mountains on a permanent basis after her summer visit. Kristy began her career in Winter Park at the Beaver Village Condominiums and worked her way up the ladder by helping out in housekeeping and at the front desk, then moving up to Front Office Manager, then Operations Manager, and now owns the rental management company (Teverbaugh Heaton Management) at Beaver Village Condominiums.
Kristy has owned the company for the past eight years and also serves as General Manager.
Kristy succeeded in turning the condominium's rental management company into one of the most trusted and respected in the Fraser Valley. As a licensed Colorado Real Estate Broker for the past 15 years, she has also been able to provide her homeowners with the ability to list their condominiums for sale “in house” as well as offer real estate sales assistance to guests that are interested in a condominium purchase at Beaver Village Condominiums. Through her ingenuity, Kristy has created a seamless experience for buyers and sellers at the Beaver Village Condos.
And, once again, her next venture is already well underway! In 2005 Meyer Mountain Realty was established in order to provide outstanding real estate services to individuals looking to buy or sell property throughout Grand County. The team at Meyer Mountain Realty can serve as either a buyer or a seller’s broker, and as a member of the Multiple Listing Service (MLS) have access to information about every property on the market in Grand County.
Kristy believes in providing the best service to her clients and guests and making their home buying experience or vacation at Beaver Village Condominiums, enjoyable and memorable. Kristy strongly believes that service, commitment, loyalty and “follow through” to clients, guests and homeowners are inherent ingredients for a successful real estate or rental management business.
Kristy is very familiar with the economic cycle of Winter Park and the Fraser Valley having worked for nineteen years in the real estate and rental management industries. She has experienced the trends in these industries and can provide valuable knowledge about buying and selling investment properties, and about the rental history of condominiums in the Winter Park area or the Beaver Village Condominiums complex.

Monica Johnson - Associate Broker
Monica Johnson, a Nebraska native, graduated from Midland Lutheran College in Fremont, Nebraska with degrees in both Business Administration and Spanish. While attending college she spent a year studying abroad in Granada, Spain. During that time she became proficient in the Spanish language and aware of the importance of understanding different cultures and remarkably different ways of life. After returning to the United States she took a class ski trip to Colorado, and realized this was the outdoor lifestyle she wanted and the way of life intended for her.
Shortly after graduation Monica moved to Estes Park, Colorado. There she began working in the real estate field for First Colorado GMAC, as a Personal Broker’s Assistant. Through this position, she learned first hand the essentials of the real estate business and the trends of the mountain community markets. Deciding to turn her real estate “job” into a career opportunity, she became a licensed broker. With her real estate knowledge and the determination to pursue her career goals, she moved over the Continental Divide, to Winter Park, making the Fraser Valley her home.
Monica started working for Beaver Village Condominiums in 2005 as the Front Desk Manager. Through her time at Beaver Village she has also gained an understanding of the investment and rental management side of real estate and its importance in tourist communities.
Focused on providing her clients with the best service and insight possible, Monica looks forward to working with you on the sale or purchase of your home in Grand County. |
